New user needs help with app settings please

Good day ,
My Fox ESS 10kw battery and inverter was installed today.
I have a Battery only setup , No Solar . I also have an EV
The installer has connected my app to the system , But could not help with setting it up, with times to
charge and discharge .. I am an old geezer with limited tech knowledge ... I really need some help getting this app set up .
Are there any easy to follow online tutorials .
