Forced discharge affecting LG Oled TV

Hi,

Our tv won’t turn on when force discharging to the grid. It’s a single phase 10kw KH inverter. Installed late March 2026. I’m not sure where to check voltage but have had no error messages on the app and our other Samsung tv works fine.

If I turn the LG tv on before I force feed it doesn’t affect the tv once in. If it’s off the standby light goes off and it won’t turn on until we turn off force discharge, unplug tv and press power button on tv to reset it.

I’m thinking the voltage is too high and this tv is extra sensitive. Any ideas on how to change the voltage so it isn’t affecting the tv. I’m also worried about affecting other sensitive appliances like my Thermomix.

Thanks

Can you specify a model, as I am not sure there is a single phase product with 20kW output?

I’ve just edited it. Was supposed to be 10kw. Was a typo error.
Thanks

Try checking for the Voltage values here: @7min 58s

I am not 100% sure if this is correct menu, but if you can report values back from those menus, that will help.
