Per subject title, I wanted to know what the difference is between these two settings in Forced Discharge mode for Work Schedule.
My understanding is Export Limit is the limit of power that can be exported to the grid, and should be set to whatever I've been approved for by the distributor and in my case this is 10000W, the size of my inverter. The Discharge Power to Grid doesn't come with a description in the app but it sounds like it does exactly the same thing of limiting the power that can be exported to the grid.
Is anybody able to help explain what the difference between the two is? Thanks!

Well you have your 'Global' export limit that should be set from DNO, in my case it's 3.9kW.
* AFAIK * and understand it...
'Discharge Power to Grid' is telling your inverter how much TOTAL power it can convert (DC->AC) If you have this set too low, say 2kW then your inverter would only transform this much energy period. So if your home load was 4kW, then it might actually pull energy from the grid.
'Export Limit' I believe you can use this to throttle down the export limit temporarily, so as I have 3.9kW 'Global' export limit set, I could decided to only allow 2kW to be sent. Note that if you set this value higher than your 'Global' export limit, this will NOT be breached.

The source of the confusion was the configuration being called "Discharge Power to Grid", whereas it's actually supposed to be Total Discharge Power or something, because it represents not just the discharge to grid amount.
I think in the App, they sometimes rename things we know... then we don't
