Two-Phase Mains - KH10 Single Phase Inverter

Hello,
My home has a 2-phase supply, and I have the KH10 Single Phase Inverter installed. I also have 1 CT clamp on the main supply.
From what I understand, because my home has a 2-phase supply, the installer should also have installed the FOX ESS 3-Phase Smart Meter DTSU666 so the 2nd phase can be read and I can achieve "Net Metering".
Is this understanding correct?
