Can't login Fox Cloud 2.0: code 41030 invalid user

I created my account and logged on it a few times but today, after trying to connect to my inverters Fox Cloud 2.0 started to answer "code 41030 -invalid user" when I try to login.

If I try to set a new password through "Forgot my password" I get "code 41903 - Failed to send verification code".


How can I get back access to my account?
