Charging after firmware update
Hello

Had my inverter updated, yesterday morning to:

1.45
1.03
1.62

This was my first force charge schedule and it only charged to 20%, which is my FD SOC.

As soon as I moved this to 50%, battery charged.

Is this a big? FD SOC is for Forced Discharge, not charging.

So now have started the day at only 39% battery in Autumn!
Re: Charging after firmware update
On the latest firmware FDSoC appears to behave like MaxSoC (whether a bug or a feature we’re not sure), FDPwr now sets the charge power (a good feature) - for now it’s best to set FDSoC the same as MaxSoC or 100% if you want a full charge and set your FDPwr to your desired charge power in watts.
Re: Charging after firmware update
Had this back from the FoxESS support team:

Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience. This issue will be fixed in a future update. For now, you can set the FD SOC while charging, or use the web version to configure it.
