Hi All
My inverter seems to have gone into a boot loop
It started when the app and web said 2.9kw was being drawn from the battery, this was while no heavy loads were on in the house.
After waiting for the system to update itself > 5mins and it not changing I turned of the battery using the switch on the side. The battery then showed 0% as would be expected in the app.
After 5 mins I then turned the battery on again. Waited 20 mins but the battery still showed 0%
Looking at the inverter display I went to the error or error log and it locked up. The display would not respond. So I shut its power off waited 30 seconds and powered on again.
Now it boot looping. The display shows "Waiting" Then "Checking 59s" and counts down. But re-starts before reaching 0
Inverter is a H1-5.0-E-G2
I don't know what battery you have, but my EP11 has a rotary isolator on the left... and on the right where the leads go in, a silver button.
So take a look where the wires enter your battery pack, and you might need to press the button on that side?

Thanks!!
Found the button and it brought the Battery to life and the inverter shows its charge. However the inverter and the "Accessory" is still off line

You may have to power it all down again possibly?
However, the Fox Cloud 2.0 app is slooooow... so can you see on the inverter screen what is going on?
And if yes, make sure it shows no errors, and hopefully battery SoC shows on inverter screen.
You may have to wait 10-15mins for the web/FC2.0 app to catch up!

Many thanks for the rapid help

Brilliant Tim,
Happy to help, I have done myself before with the little button, I should have read manual, but curiosity solved it faster
