I connected ep11 battery and instantly threw over voltage error 194, shortly after it started restarting checking 53 seconds <> restart <> checking 53 seconds <> restart.
I have disconnected the ep11.
Don't know what to do please help
You should have everything powered off (inverter PV isolated, AC isolated i.e. inverter screen should be blank) and also the battery DC switch open before you install the EP11.
The EP11 battery must have both of the parallel plugs fitted to the Link IN / Link OUT ports.
The power on sequence is then on the EP11 close the DC switch, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
Close the PV isolator switch and then the AC isolator switch.
The system should run through waiting/checking for a minute and then switch to 'normal'

Thanks, I've turned off ep11 and its back to normal mode.

What the parallel plugs? Currently they are covered with the plastic
Is the open position the off position?

Thanks that's worked, I didn't install the parallel plugs, this is what caused the issues
