Hi,
I had solar panels, a hybrid inverter and batteries installed 18 months ago. The installation company supplied a 2 year warranty ( longer for the hardware).
I had a fault develop today and to my surprise the installer told me they no longer supply solar panels etc. They said I could pay for another company to service my system. Is that fair? What can I do now, any advice appreciated?
