Battery suddenly offline.

My system is suddenly showing as offline. Before I go into the loft and check everything is there any maintenance work being done? Has anyone else got the same problem?App is not showing any data

Back up now without having to do anything. Perhaps WiFi connection was lost for some reason.

Same has happened to me. No current data showing on either the app or desktop portal, and battery is showing offline. Only had the system in for two weeks. No idea what to do to get it back again. Anyone have any suggestions please?

The web based portal seems down too though it is still reporting yield but nothing more. Will report when it comes back to life.

I can't even get anything now. The desktop portal fails with an HTTP 500 error and the app overview yield page is blank.

Foxcloud goes down regularly. Just be patient.

It seems back up on the web portal now. I can see everything in real time (well every 5 mins). A
