Help with Creating a user account for my customers.

Hi. Can someone please advise me setting up a user account for a customer please.

I’ve got an installer account so I can view the systems I’ve installed but can’t figure out from the app how to give my customers access to it also. I have 2 systems on my installer account currently but only I can see them.

Any help would be appreciated.

They need to create an account themselves (type=user) and then add the serial of the datalogger / wifi module, should do the trick.
