Hello, I'm having trouble connecting my data logger to the Wi-Fi network. My data logger is an M4. It shows as connected on my router, and the lights on the logger are also correct – solid red and flashing green. The app asks me to wait 3 to 5 minutes, but it doesn't go beyond that. I've already changed the network name to avoid special characters, and the password is also the same. I believe the network connection is fine, but it could be a problem like an update issue or a problem with the device itself.

In your second picture, does it say when translated: 'End User' as you user account type?

Regarding that, it's just a detail, since the installer account didn't solve it either. Perhaps there's an update to be done? Or maybe some function is disabled in the datalogger.
Has the WLAN device appeared in the Devices section on the site?
