Solar Panels Missing From App House Illustration

Hi,

I used to see my home's solar panels and the power being generated by the solar panels on the house illustration. However, since a recent app update, the solar panels have disappeared. The data is available in the app, but no longer visible as can be seen in the image below:

As mentioned, there is no issue with the background data being recorded, but I would like to have the quick visual on the app home page back again. No idea how it got lost and would like it back again.

It looks like your CT Clamp has gone astray for one, it is reading house load backwards.
And your system might need a full reboot.

If you don't know where to check and how to do, please speak up.

Thank you for that response. I'm not sure the CT clamp is the issue. As mentioned, the app was showing the solar panels and the flow of energy to the house/battery/export before a recent AC1-5.0-E inverter firmware update from Master Version 1.48 to 1.7 (not app update as mentioned in my post, my bad). Also, the CT clamps haven't been touched since we moved into the house. The solar/battery/ev charger system was installed by the previous owners a year before they sold up and we moved in.

I have rebooted the system about a year ago when the dongle lost connection after a power cut. However, all has worked fine since. You kindly said "If you don't know where to check and how to do, please speak up.". Any advice you have to offer will be appreciated.

It is a "classic" mistake that during a firmware update that this can be turned off!
Check and report back.
