Battery now not charging

Since the updates to the invertor and the app the battery won't charge.

I have cut off 100%, rate of 10500w, it's set as force charge but nothing happening

The house is using either the pv or direct from the grid, battery is now sat at 32%

Anything from the pv spare is going straight to export

Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
