I have recently installed CQ6 batteries with 15kw H3 smart inverter on the West wall so it gets the afternoon sun for 1-2hrs therefore was planning on getting a battery cover such as
https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0GGRLNCPZ
However, the manual I believe states batteries need at least 300mm clearance on all sides for proper ventilation.
Does that mean that this battery cover will void the warranty? I have seen many others install similar so I thought it was fine but please share your opinions.
Tia
A large battery cover should technically maintain the clearance requirements of 300mm. If you accidentally overheat your batteries and cause damage, you won't have any warranty.
