why are these home consumption values so far apart...taken within 1 second of each other....130W is quite a difference

The cloud gives your data every 5 minutes
The App gives you (locally) data every 5 seconds
The screen gives you data every second?
The differences in values are down to how they report the power, the Inverter and battery consume energy.
Here is a thread on how the reporting of the PV energy is being reported in the logs, and depending on what you use to take the readings, it can vary. (aware you was not making solar during the night)

Check this post by Duncanm to see if you can reset the fault code.
viewtopic.php?p=13072#p13072
You should be able to reset this if you haven't already done so.
Normal access code is 0 0 0 0 (3210 for some inverters)

I managed to reset <<something>> and it is now back online....but if I hadnt been sad enough to look at the dashboard I would not have known about it, potentially for weeks or more
Surely it should ping up an alarm or notification....I have allowed notifications from the app
Is there any way of determining what caused it ?....nothing obvious except that earlier I noticed the panels were producing well over their 6.6kWP rating....peaking at 7.46 in fact and its not even summer!

Glad you got it working again.
You are correct, the 'Bell' icon top right should have gone red to show fault(s) in the App.
I found that panels did well in Spring, cool days with strong Sun gave favourable conditions for over-production spikes.
During Summer, the heat will sap the power down, so you have that to come yet, the longer hours do make up for the lower overall peak values.
Regarding notifications, have a read of this thread... it worked for me when I turned them off
Best take a look and see the whole thread for context.
