Overnight battery didn’t charge as normal checked all my settings no changes. Battery is currently discharging and is now done to 9%. Force charge isn’t working either despite the app showing it is and app showing discharging. Raised ticket but any UK users having similar issues
Try to power it off again, but be careful with order of shutdown/start-up.

Battery is last item to power down, and once screen is off, wait 30 seconds and do process in reverse.
So the battery is the first thing started up.

That's done the trick hopefully is will resume to the schedule set for overnight charging, I have been able to force charge but not ideal. Thank you
