Wifi Logger not connecting to Inverter

G'day,
New installation with KH10 inverter and WiFi data logger. Data Logger shows associated inverter as blank. I've tried re configuring and delete / creating new plant without much help at all.

When I log into app (foxcloud 2.0), it shows the message "your device is not yet online... ".
Under devices tab, I can see my data logger and it's connected to WiFi and I can view it via my local network and also from when I'm outside (so basically the wifi module is reachable via network). But the inverter seems to have trouble communicating with Data Logger.

Has anyone had similar issue? How did you resolve it?

I am having a similar issue. When I upgraded my data logger to v1.09, the Fox ESS data logger (the WiFi or LAN dongle) stopped communicating with the inverter. The fix is to power cycle the inverter by switching it off, waiting for 2 to 3 minutes, and then powering it back on.

If your plant is missing from the setup, so Inverter and battery, then you won't get much going.
I guess you can only see the datalogger and nothing else?

Yes I can only see data logger. Inverter (and the battery) is not communicating to the data logger.
Was on call with customer support earlier and they asked to re setup (add and remove plant, reset data logger etc), but sadly it goes back to the same state.

Do you think the 2-3 min power cycle would do any good or its more of a faulty hardware issue

Give it a power cycle, 5 mins to rule it out.

Tried it. (about 5-6 mins turn off) No luck sadly. Oh well... Let's hope tech support is able to get to the bottom of it.
