Just noticed battery in force discharge
A schedule has appeared between 1300-1500 to discharge at 6K to SOC 90%
Most bizarre, never set any schedule like that
Unable to edit, all attempts to delete an save, fail when attempting to save
On the web version, no schedules are shown as being set
Fox really need to sort these issues out ASAP
I had weird stuff ages ago, was two different devices connecting to the account (me and my son)
Failing that, have you subscribed to Axle energy, so taking part in a VPP?
Are you with Intelligent Octopus Flux?
Was the Fox cloud hit with a cosmic ray?

It gets stranger
Battery set to force charge overnight between 0001 & 0530, it does every night
Overnight it charged to 100% and went back to self use rather than drew from the grid.
Now I see the inverter fw showing a Master of 0.53 Slave 1.04 and Manager 1.70, all changed without any action from me
The app stopped refreshing for 15 mins yesterday lunchtime, can only assume the inverter has thrown a wobbly and ended up in a mixed state
Still cannot save any changes in Mode Sceduler
A complete inverter and battery shutdown/reboot has not solved the issue, over to Fox tech support
Can only assume the Master fw at 0.53 is the issue.

It looks like they pushed a beta firmware out to your inverter then
Over to Fox support as you say, hope they resolve this quickly.

Zippo response from Fox.
Finally managed to get my installer to push through the correct fw.
Still seeing an issue on the app, where changes made in Mode Scheduler cannot be saved, deleting and reloading app makes no difference. Changes on the web based version work fine and then are copied to the app, but still cannot be modified on the app
Anyone else got this issue ?
Was an issue on 2.2.7 and now 2.2.8

Not seen that error in the App before, you are going to have to report this in the App store, and hope they notice.
I suspect that the App saving settings locally, that should be wiped out by removing/installing

Solved it !
After rebooting the Datalogger and still no resolution, I noticed in Mode Scheduler, I had 2 FD schedules, and a disabled self use. And a box to tell me remaining time is self use.
Set the self use to 0531 to 2331 and enabled it, then save and it now works and the 2 other schedules can be turned off /on, saved etc.
This is something unique to the app, as the web based tool had the same setup with self use disabled as a schedule and it had no issues modifying the other schedules.
The stupid thing is that the app states remaining time is self use, and it was working correctly in self use.
This is the aftermath of the dodgy fw they pushed onto the inverter last week, as it was fine before their unwanted intervention .
These Fox guys have really got to get their act together and actually test what they develop fully.
Guess that’s what 46 years in telecoms design and development and implementation teaches you. They are running to catch up and are sadly behind the curve at present, seen this so many times over the years.

Thanks!!!!
Then noticed an alarm, CT missing.
Found the ferrule pins the installer has used to the data cable were a complete bodge and the wires had snapped off the pins, can only assume as I removed the Datalogger I caught the cable and that was enough to snap the wire in the multiplug connector.
Don’t have any of the ferrules so have done a quick bodge with some earth cable and an inline crimp.
Will have to find ferrules the same as Fox use and do the job properly.
You just can’t get the staff anymore !
The spark the installers used on my install was John Wayne’s brother, a real cowboy, thought I had cleared up his
but he’s left this little time bomb I’ve finally found
