I had 3 simple modes set yesterday All worked fine . Charge 2-5, use battery 4/7 and self use rest of day
I logged on today and now have 12 all causing my batteries to discharge and export all my surplus back to grid instead of charging my batteries and l cannot change them

My app does not show mode scheduler under general settings so l cannot edit or change these modes
ON LINE ACCESS
When l select device, quick settings again l cannot see mode scheduler and so l cant change these schedules
I have been trying to contact FOX UK for 6 hours and unable to speak to anyone. I have raised a ticket . There is less response than one would get from a chocolate teapot
Their web site says if mode scheduler has disappeared it needs a firmware update

"I understand you’ve been having significant trouble accessing your FoxESS system and that your battery is currently discharging to the grid unexpectedly. This appears to be related to a recent system-wide update to the FoxESS software (the "Mode Scheduler" update), which has changed how schedules are managed."
I have no idea what to do and asking for those far my knowledge for advice/ help?
In cloud-v2 it should be here and no longer under "Quick Settings"
Clicking on "Details" in Work Mode should bring the scheduler up, enabling you to edit the schedules.

still no response from Fox or Glow Green my installer
however just seen this on fox site
"If mode scheduler is not available via the app – you will need to upgrade inverter firmware – please reach out via our service channels or your installer to request the upgrade (while some inverter models have in-app upgrades, some older models still require a manual upgrade)."
so perhaps l need an firmware update . How do l get this?

thanks l did and sadly my firmware is updated . so lm back to my dashboard showing VPP controlled" and not mode scheduler as your earlier video
It seems that your problem is not that mode scheduler has "disappeared", more that your system has been set as a virtual power plant (VPP). What has caused this I couldn't say.
Try the following:
In the app on the home page there should be a box headed "Work Mode", if you tap that this should take you to a page with something like "VPP Controlled" and to the right of this, two small blue opposed arrows, tap on these and this should allow you to select mode scheduler.

on phone app - when l go into box with two blue arrows - but l cant toggle between the two

Its seem Octopus have set my system to a VPP mode - it has configured 12 modes all selling to grid or charging off them at peak times - When it sells to them l get peanuts and buy off them at max rate

l have now disconnected from the power wall - take 7 days and l should get mode scheduler back
it changed within minutes and l was able to see mode scheduler and control my own systems again
back to my own modes
l rang octopus customer services to complain - as expected - they had no idea BE WARNED - check you are not on VPP if you are on OCTPUS flex
