My setup:

Fox ESS EQ4800-L4 battery (13.98 kWh)
14 solar panels (~5.6 kWp, two strings — PV1 and PV2)
Octopus Agile import, fixed 12p export
Home Assistant Green with Predbat v8.37.5
Fox ESS Cloud integration (macxq/foxess-ha)
Issues I'm experiencing:
Fox app showing Offline — has been disconnected for 8+ hours since Predbat took control. Assuming API rate limiting — is inverter_poll_time: 300 the right fix?
Predbat charged from grid during peak solar hours — yesterday midday with good solar generation and Agile rates at 18-20p, Predbat switched to grid charging and turned off solar. Is this a solar valuation issue in my config?
Battery curve warnings in the log — "Cannot find battery charge/discharge curve" — only day 2 so assuming this resolves with history?
My current apps.yaml is fairly basic as I set it up yesterday — happy to share if helpful.
