App was working perfectly well since Feb but is now saying we have no sales to the grid since we came on line. Rubbish! It was showing sales a few weeks ago and now nothing for the whole year. Any ideas?

I can't seem to upload screenshots. When I click on picture icon it just inserts 
Problem is my app used to show Revenue for the year, A decent figure. That has all disappeared and although I am exporting every day in this hot weather it still says nothing exported for the year. I know that is wrong as I have had my electricity bill showing sales early this year
