Hello, I noticed that my battery was no longer charging after some firmware upgrades but exporting straight to grid. Also, the app was asking me if I was connected to the network.
On further checking, after a bit of chatting with google, I noticed that my dongle was flashing red, fairly slowly, about once a second. 1st thing I did was reboot my rooter, to no avail.. Thing is, I can see information updating in the app which also says connected. <shrug>
Next thing I did was restart my set up, inverter/battery. A couple of times, left it about 5 mins. No change.
My set up - 8 panels on the roof.
Battery EP6 version 1.012
Inverter AC1-3-7-E-G2
Firmware:
Master 1.57
Slave 1.04
Manager 1.76
Dongle W6 version 1.10
Where do I go from here?
Thanks in advance
Can you see a SoC reading on the Inverter screen?
In the App, you may have to re-pair your system to the router by the sounds of it.

Hi, yes, it's showing 15%
Below that: "Normal"
There's a green light underneath that and a blue network light to the left of the green light.

Short version: Fixed!
Long version: I spoke to the installer who tried some remote stuff who then spoke to FoxESS support, allegedly, who tried some stuff that didn't take. Anyway, the installer agreed to put some boots on the ground and a guy came round today who then spoke to FoxESS support who did a remote firmware fix and lo and behold, it works.
Oh, the bit about my dongle slowing flashing red is normal, I just hadn't noticed it before.
The interesting bit is that none of my firmware version numbers appear to have changed from the above...
All's well that ends well.

Maybe they didn't load same/new firmware.
They could have entered the configuration, and made adjustments to settings.
Hope it behaves for you now.
