Adjust export limit in FeedIn Priority mode
I understand the overall export limit for a system is set by the installer and cannot be adjusted by the user (e.g. mine is set to 3.68kw). However, depending the on generation level, in Feed In Priority mode, it would be very useful to be able set a lower export limit so we can split the amount generated between Feed In and battery charging. A simple setting slider in the mode setup would be ideal.
For example, if my system is generating around 3kw, with around 500w running the house, in Feed In Priority mode 2.5kw is exported and no battery charging takes place. It would be great to be able to limit export to less (say 1.5kw) leaving around 1kw to charge the battery.
Any chance this could be added?

If you are feeling adventurous, there is the option of Home Assistant with Modbus (a connection into the Inverter)

There was an update I applied today, that exposes the ability to adjust the export value.
I have not yet played with this, but I suspect it can be adjusted up and down via automations (what Home Assistant is great for)

*Note you should not adjust the export above your legal limits
Re: Adjust export limit in FeedIn Priority mode
Thanks for the info, that may be useful. I tend to like to make small changes on the fly though and am regularly tweeting the system, so for convenience it would be much better incorporated into the app.

I did have access to the export and import limits you showed through the app when the system was first installed, which was very useful, but that disappeared in an update! :?
Re: Adjust export limit in FeedIn Priority mode
I am not sure if your needs are enough for a change to be made like this, you probably could just yourself set a more permanent lower export limit and leave it as is.

If you are looking for a more dynamic change, like what you are requesting, then better to take a good look at Home Assistant, so you could make more granular adjustments (if SoC below xx% then you would lower the export rate, if SoC goes above xx% then increase the export rate up to your limit)

Without actually touching export limits, you could do this by setting schedules up right now in the App, So you could have system charge up to xx% in self-use and then have it default back to feed-in work mode after.

Anyway, maybe Fox will look at your suggestion and maybe apply this, but usually they lock the export limits from user accounts.
Re: Adjust export limit in FeedIn Priority mode
In case anyone is curious, you can in Home Assistant set an automation to change the export value.
I set a quick one up to change my 3.9kW export to 7000W, at 14:00 it activated.

It was set back to 3900W right after (I was exporting only ~2kW at the time, so didn't breach my limit)

So OP, you can in fact use Home Assistant with modbus to write your own automations to do what you want to achieve.
