Delay in switching causing computer to restart after losing grid
I have H3-10.0-E model and i am facing this issue from last few firmware updates before this it was working fine. I have tried backup made and selfuse mode aswel but there is a switching delay which causes my computer to restart which sometime croupt data. can someone guide me what should i do about it as it was working fine before and now i m experiencing this issue whenever my grid goes dark. battery backup is 5kv fox

I presume you have your Inverter wired up with an EPS port? And you are talking about issues when the Grid stops working?

If yes, then you should not rely upon this for sensitive equipment. If the Inverter is not swapping to EPS mode fast enough, then you should fit a small UPS device for the PC to protect it.

Different inverter to me, but have a look in the settings on the front of the inverter and look for EPS settings. From what I can tell from testing, UPS mode switches faster than EPS mode. From memory my inverter options under this are EPS/UPS/Disable.
