Forced discharge behaviour and setup

Hi,

I'm sure I read on the Facebook page that the app should now allow setup where once the endpoint is reached the system reverts to self use rather than maintaining battery charge through import.

This doesn't seem to be there in my app, screenshot attached, which rather than having another mode, has "then switched to" and the time slot?

App is 2.2.19, inverter details attached

It's possible your inverter firmware doesn't support this, current versions for the H1G2-WL are master 1.57, manager 1.43
Probably best to contact your installer or Fox support to upgrade your firmware.,

Ok, thanks - so firmware update can't be done by user?

How do I contact Fox (uk based)?

The inverter firmware was supposed to be user-updatable (found on the "About Device" page) but this ability seems to have disappeared from the app for now.
