We've been sold a 100% discharge battery yet Fox does not allow us to use the final 10% when we are in mode scheduler.
They have not made adjustments in the App/Website to allow regional settings to apply to the minSOC to allow under 10%
They might not ever allow less than 10% in Australia, despite advertising 100% DoD range being available.

You can get around this limit by going into "Mode Schedules" and turning it off at the first screen (all schedules at once).
Then go into "Quick Settings", then "System SOC Range", and first set "off-grid Min" to the low value you want (mine is 1%). This sets the minimum range setting on the normal SOC settings. You can now set the normal minimum to (in my case) 1%.
Save and exit; the system will enter self-use mode. You must NOT go back into "Mode Schedules" until you are ready for a schedule to start. I set an alarm on my phone to remind me to turn Mode Schedules back on
When you turn on the mode schedules, the minimum SOC is reset to 10%, so you need to do this every time you want to use the last 10% of power.
But I agree with you; I bought 6kw/h USEABLE modules, which normally means they have a hidden buffer so you can safely take them to what they call, 0%
I schedule Force-Charge from 11 am to 4 pm, then Force-Discharge from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, I do the dance to set the min SOC as above.
I am waiting to upgrade my solar, so I temporarily need to charge my battery from the grid when the price is low. I discharge them when the price is higher.
I am with Amber, but I control my battery. The new 2-way tariffs pay an extra 10c (in my case) over the normal rate between 4 pm and 9 pm when you sell, but (if i am reading it correctly) takes off 1c between 11 am and 4 pm to buy.
This makes it possible to get a credit virtually every day. It's only about a $1 or $2 after all expenses.
Once I get my extra solar, I should make a much bigger credit as I won't have to pay for charging of the battery. Well, maybe 1/2 in winter.
I can see I have earned, say $5 in exports but once expenses are taken out, it is only $1 or so. This is removing the daily meter charge and Amber's charge as well.
OK this is an edit, doing some digging the EQ4800 batteries do not have a hidden buffer so should not be taken to very low percentages. I have changed my 1% minimum on grid-out to 5% and therefore to 5% for normal operation (at a pinch), but aim for 10% for most of the time.
I said I had 6 kw/h modules (my bad memory) but they are 4.66 kw/h modules. Overseas literature states 4.19 (or there abouts) as usable. It's only Australian advertising that says 100% DOD. This is wrong.
When I export, I have set the minimum to 30% so I have power to run until 11 am the next day and stay above 10%.
