Mobile App updated overnight from 2.2.19 to 2.2.21. Now I can't access any of the "Quick Settings". Spinning wheel, then timeout error. I un-installed and re-intalled of course, to no avail. As for Devices, the battery says Sleep, in the upper LH corner, but the Home graphic shows charging ( noon here). Sys Min SOC and Back up cut off SOC locked at "0" %. Inverter Firmware still not updated by my Installer or Fox( new system, ancient firmware lol). Is this post app update behaviour typical ?
No that’s not normal behaviour, i’m on iOs with latest app and all looks fine.
It sounds like you don’t have the ability to access your system which is usually a wifi / data logger issue but could be the manager on your inverter that has locked up. Probably best to start with the easiest thing and restart your home router / wifi, wait 5 mins and see if the data is being updated correctly in the app. If not, you’d be best to try a shut down/restart of the inverter / battery system.

According to Grok : Bottom line: You are many major revisions behind. This is not “slightly old” — it is firmware that is functionally obsolete relative to the app and features marketed in 2026.
“Your H1-11.4-US is running Master 1.2 / Manager 1.17 / Slave 1.02 / AFCI 1.02. This is far below current production firmware for a system installed 5 August 2026. Please push the latest available US H1-11.4-US Master, Manager, Slave and AFCI packages immediately. Current firmware is causing battery ‘Sleep’ status, Quick Settings timeouts, and complete lack of Mode Scheduler / timed Force Charge functionality.”
