My connector (+) is damaged and I would like to replace it but I can't find the spare part anywhere. Can anyone help me finding that connector which is directly at the output side of the energy cube?
See pictures attached.
Would really appreciate if someone knows where to get this one.

fox don't sell spares sadly, so you'd need a new battery unit.

Sad to hear, as this is a very small and to be honest, not complicated part... Seems to be a bad decision to choose Fox ESS...
I need to take care for the future that I decide for a different company then.
