Deleting forced discharge schedule
Good evening,

Could someone possibly help and advise how I delete the above schedules in my battery (I assume they are the ones from previous Octopus smart tariff I no longer have as I have moved onto octopus go) as it is just force discharging my full storage battery to grid at the SEG rate when I want to use it for our home use? Each time I try to save after toggling the schedule off or swiping to delete it creates an error when I save and try to leave the page! It seems that octopus and fox are a waste of space when a customer needs their assistance. Different story when they want our money to begin with!

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Re: Deleting forced discharge schedule
I’ve just switched to self use to stop discharging but now I won’t get the cheap night charging if my battery unless I switch it back manually which will be a regular pain to do every day. At moment I wished I hadn’t bothered trying to do the right thing and go green. This technology is so complicated and very little assistance offered by Fox. They don’t even have a Complaints procedure which I’m sure they should have being based in UK?

Re: Deleting forced discharge schedule
What are you using to program the schedules in?

With FoxCloud2.0 App it's simple enough, swipe right-to-left to get the delete icon appear.

Re: Deleting forced discharge schedule
I’ve tried deleting them by swiping but it won’t save and allow me to leave page. If I say no to save to leave page it obviously doesn’t save! So fed up with Fox ess equipment and their customer service.

Re: Deleting forced discharge schedule
It brings up an error and says it can’t save.
