Hi all
I have had my inverter, battery, and data logger firmware all updated to the latest firmware but I still don’t see the 5 sec refresh.
Sometimes when I open the app I do see a circle that counts down from 5s to 0, it cycles through this about a couple of times but then disappears.
Any suggestions.
Inverter H1-5.0-E-G2 , master 1.59, slave 1.04, manager 1.79
Battery ECS2900
Datalogger W4 v4.14
Some have had success with either physically removing it, and inserting it again.
Rebooting your inverter & battery.
Re-pairing up the wifi network to the datalogger.
I have also included a wifi signal graph (App ->Device -> Data Logger -> Network Type) so you can check signal strength.

That's interesting, my 5 second update is a bit flaky some days, but I didn't know I could check signal strength seen by the datalogger.
Sadly I just see 'No data' on that page. Maybe down to different datalogger type? Mine is WW.

Hi. Thanks for the reply.
I don’t see a signal at all on that page. Maybe that’s the issue then. I have rebooted my inverter twice now and still no change

It has been sometimes flaky with mine also, I just wait a bit and check later.
I also didn't know you could see that graph until today, there was a billy basic 4 bar strength indicator beforehand for me.
I have data for today, mine is W6.
Not sure why there is a difference, but I guess there are variants for reason know to Fox.
You could also reboot the home router, that is another choice that I forgot to mention before. It can also be an idea to stand by your inverter with phone/tablet and measure signal on another device in that location?
Yeh tried rebooting the router too. My data logger is the W4. I might need to try putting an access point near the inverter but then I think that if the signal was an issue then surely I wouldn’t get the delayed values either?
The 5s refresh data is only sent to local interfaces (App or the cloud v2 website)
The main data is every 5 minutes, stored and pushed to Fox servers, used for long term stats. IIRC this can be saved and batch uploaded, when signals are bad?
