Looking on the info panel of my Fox inverter I can see readings under the solar menu as of now as
V1 is showing 371.3 v
I1 is showing + 2.3 a
P1 is showing + 875w
V2 is showing 2.0 v
I2 is showing 0.0 a
P2 is showing 0w
I have 12 panels presumably split into two. Does the above reading say I have a problem with 1 set?
Can anyone advise
Thanks
At this time of year, the 371V sounds about right for the voltage you would expect for 12 panels - that suggests you’ve got one string of 12 and that they haven’t been split as you might expect. At maximum voltage it still falls within the 600v limit of a Fox inverter, but you’d need to check on the specs of the panels to make sure they are not exceeding the current limits.
Do you mean PV1 and PV2 not v1 / v2?
