Still fairly new to this PV but getting there
Thing is how do I set the inverter times when I want to sell to the grid at 4.00pm till 6.00pm
I have tried with the foxess cloud but don't know what I am doing really so have been unable to do it
I am on Octopus Flux and am topping up batteries cheaply at night then if I could use the option to sell in the evening i would if any one can help that would be great.
I have got 16 panels 6.4kw with12kw batteries I know the inverter is 3.7kw but its fine I can handle the clipping in the summer months so maximize
what I can in winter I also have a further 2.5 kw array of 5 panels that can be added in at times of low consumption to increase yield when the sun isn't shining

Just a quick question to start, only the very latest firmware has the option to discharge the battery to the grid and it's only been released a week or two - do you have that ?
If you look in the app on the real time data screen and click 'Version' at the bottom - you are looking for Manager and Master
The Manager would need to be at V1.70 and Master 1.63 to have the battery force discharge - if you do, I have linked you to Tony's page below as he has written this up already (thanks Tony

I can confirm this works on the H1-5.0-E aswell. I emailed Fox and asked for the newest firmware and they updated it to Manager v1.70 and Master v1.63 and the feature works as hoped.
I was still running very old firmware (v1.46) so the inverter is working a bit more efficiently aswell (consuming around 30w instead of 60w before) so if you're on old firmware it would be a good idea to update even if only for that.
