New install only yesterday and finding my feet monitoring the system.
Is it normal for the battery to be Offline when discharging? Only spotted this late yesterday afternoon so left it over night, Still the same this morning.

No it's not normal and should show as online, but it is possible that the Fox cloud was having problems at the time so best to wait 24 hours to see if it resolves.
Is your battery charging and discharging to cover the house load - you would expect when the battery has charge that your grid consumption is zero which you can see by swiping left from the main 'house' screen and at the bottom is a graph that shows load, solar, grid and battery use.
Battery charging will show below the '0' line, above the line is discharging.

Yes everything does look to be working as it should and the battery is now showing as Online.

Ok great, it looks like it was a cloud issue - Fox do hold the inverter and battery information in different datasets and it's not entirely unusual to see them reporting as offline.
Thanks Dave. I will keep an eye on it.
