Hello,
In the site's Statistics page, charts for Days, Months and Years have only the data from the Total Yield metrics, but nothing else (Feed-in, load, consumption).
Is that expected, or there's something wrongly set up by the company who sold the hardware and service to me?
All the data are available on the Power page, for any given day, today or in the past:
That means the historic data is available. Why is it not shown on all pages?
Thank you in advance.
The statistics you have mentioned don't get populated for inverters that are not hybrids with energy storage - i'm not entirely sure why, but that comes direct from Fox themselves.
I have the same issue. I only see some graphs.
I can only see the production of the panels, not the breakdown of how much I consumed and how much was sent to the grid.
How can I verify if the supplier who takes the energy I inject into the grid is reporting correctly, the same information that the inverter should show me?
I also see photos from other users where these details are displayed directly.
I mention that I have a 3 kWh system, and I do not have a storage battery

I believe you won't see those values unless you have a ct clamp installed and enabled.

Slightly off-topic, but I notice from the documentation that either a CT clamp or a meter can be installed. Are there specific advantages to either or doesn't it make any difference? My installation is being done in 10 days so I'm wondering if it is something I should care about or ignore.
CT works fine and is approx 2% accurate being slightly more inaccurate at lower loads - but as this is all relative you won’t notice and your export / import may appear a small amount out compared to your smart meter.WyndStryke wrote: ↑Wed Dec 25, 2024 11:17 amSlightly off-topic, but I notice from the documentation that either a CT clamp or a meter can be installed. A meter is more expensive and more accurate but will never be as precise as the smart meter as it does a better job of taking power factor into account.
I’d suggest going with the CT simply on a price / benefit basis unless your CT is going to be fitted over 25 metres from the inverter as the meter is far more reliable over distance.
Thank you
Maybe a metre so distance shouldn't be an issue
