I have just had installed 2 Fox EP11 10.4 kw ,Fox 7kw inverter and 19 Aiko 460w solar panels.On the Fox 2.0 app it is showing.0008kw from the grid.

perfectly normal to see a tiny amount from the grid. You can ask your installer to update your firmware and then adjust the meter compensation to between -20 to -50 until you're just exporting a tiny bit.
