Have just commissioned our system which includes a Fox EP5 battery. This is showing a ‘parallel addressing failure’ and not charging/discharging with the inverter.
I can’t find any details of what this error means or how to solve it, so any suggestions very welcome!

Do you have 2 inverters in parallel ?, that usually happens when it is configured to run in parallel and the wiring or addresses have not been set correctly.
Nope, it's just one inverter
Hi Dave, thanks for the quick reply. I've found the issue - the blank plugs weren't inserted into the data sockets intended for parallel battery installation.
