We installed a new system almost 2 months ago.
The EP11 started up with an error saying pre-charge was not successful.
Fox support asked me to unplug all cables and plug it back in.
The battery lights fired up this time but as soon as I switched on the external DC contactor switch between the battery and inverter it went dead.
I am pretty sure I heard a sound like a circuit breaker coming from the battery when this happened.
Does these batteries have internal circuit breakers or internal fuses?
Just seen this post, any update on what happened or what the resolution was?
