This started bizarrely with the house showing negative load and discharging the battery as well as solar to the grid then force charging the battery once it hit the minimum state of charge, despite no settings to charge or discharge to grid.
System reset and the screen now shows per the attachment. Any bright ideas?

I’m afraid that doesn’t look good, have you had a recent firmware upgrade ?
Make sure you do a power off restart and if it comes back like that, it might be better to turn it off and contact your installer / Fox for their support.

Thanks for the quick response. No the system was new two weeks ago, not aware of any updates.
Definitely get your installer back, it may need the inverter to be completely reset to factory defaults and the latest firmware installing - hopefully not a warranty issue as i've only seen that a couple of times before and usually on newer systems.
