I am changing my setup from a HV2600 system to a EQ4300 battery system.
I have created a new plant name but when I add the details it does not give me a screen that will accept a UK post code.
Any ideas that will solve my problem because I cannot proceed any further.
I set up the new inverter (Gen2) with 1 slave and master using my then existing Fox cloud, not Fox cloud 2 app. and am wanting to add a further 4 slave batteries but cannot reduce the battery level from 98% to 50% to allow me to instal the new batteries.
Help/thoughts as to where have gone wrong much appreciated.
