Stop batteries from being used.

Good afternoon,

I currently have a H1-5.0-E invertor and and 1 master ECS2900- Version 2 B type with 3 slaves. In the winter I set "charge from grid enabled" on the app to charge the batteries between 11.30 - 5.30am when I get cheaper rates which is also the same time my electric car charges. But during the summer, the solar panels produce enough charge I don't need to enable this, however, when I still charge my car at night, it is using the batteries which I don't want it to do.

Is there a way to stop the batteries form being used during those hours, but not charging themselves from the grid?

Yes set the same time period, but leave the ‘Charge from Grid Enabled’ to off - that will stop the batteries from charging and also prevent discharge during the time period you s.
