I have just had a 10.5kw K series Hybrid Inverter installed 3 weeks ago, my wifi Dongle has started playing up constantly going off grid, I want to install a wired LAN, my question being which LAN dongle is the correct one for the K Series Inverter, it has a USB wifi Dongle at the moment.
Hi Dave yes that helps, many thanks, on further investigation of my fault, it would appear that the dongle is connected to my network but its the app that is failing to connect, really not sure why it worked perfectly for 3 weeks, I am trying logging out each time now to see if that helps? I have read that its a common problem but wirh no real solution orher than the app is just awful full of bugs?
The V2 app used to be very buggy but it is quite good at the moment, the common problems seem to occur if you leave it open after each use rather than force closing it as the lack of refresh and sometimes the login token expiring will contribute to the errors you see - always close the app when you have finished using it.
