I cancelled my account by mistake. I therefore cannot access my plant. The datalogger also says it is 'bound' to the plant I cannot access. How can I get back my account or unbind the datalogger?
If it thinks your plant is still bound to the old account, and it won’t let you add your datalogger SN to a new account, you will have to contact Fox tell them what happened and hopefully they can recover it for you.
Thanks for the reply. I am from Africa(Kenya) and we do not have local support persons. Tried to reach out to global support emails but no response. Tried also to call global support numbers but my calls are not being picked up. I am completely stuck
