Attached is a screen shot of the schedule to ForceDiacharge, however the entire system seems to show nil.
I have 3 x AC running so load should reflect this, but it isn't.
I have a request in for the firmware upgrade to 5swc. Currently getting 1-2min updates.
Anyone else have these issues?
My battery is a 41kw system, but I never get it to discharge less that 96% though load is maintained.
If you have had a significant load running for longer than 5 minutes (the data sample interval) and it is not showing that load then there is something wrong with your CT (or meter) placement.
Can you swipe left and post the image of the graph at the bottom of the screen that shows load, solar, battery, grid etc.. - need to know if your system is ever showing load - if it isn’t the battery will never be used.

I will check the CT device in the box in the morning. Think it must be behind the hinged panel, as I have not visually seen it.Dave Foster wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 8:46 am If you have had a significant load running for longer than 5 minutes (the data sample interval) and it is not showing that load then there is something wrong with your CT (or meter) placement.

You should open up you incoming supply to your property and look for a CT Clamp there.
If you can find it, please take a picture and supply this.

Couldn't see any CT clamp anywhere.CoreyTroy wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 11:15 amI will take a look in the morning and post a photo.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 25, 2026 10:58 am You should open up you incoming supply to your property and look for a CT Clamp there.

I am not sure what that is there either, if you can find your meter, that is where the CT Clamp is often placed here in the UK to measure the total house load.
OK.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 26, 2026 8:56 am I am not sure what that is there either, if you can find your meter, that is where the CT Clamp is often placed here in the UK to measure the total house load.
Update.
I assume that black box with Tesla is a CT Clamp.
I shut down, and rebooted the entire PV and Battery system.
Now I am again getting readings across the network.
So far, a 1st. ForceCharge is now working, with the battery currently at 69% and still being used. Yay....
Previously battery never dropped below 96%.
Who would have thought a reboot fixed all issues.
Just to week the scheduler now to allow enough PV to keep battery topped up, yet utilise it to cover peak energy costs.
Also, put a ticket in to have the 5sec update firmware.
Well, let's hope it continues on a good path now for you.
Good luck getting the FW upgrades done too.
