Charging rate restricted above 90%

Prior to 10th March, the charging rate was generally close to 11kW (10kW from grid + 1kW from solar) all the way to around 98%.
Since then there seems to be a big charging rate drop from 90% and then again at 95%.
This means it will be harder to get to 100% during the 3 hours of free import.
I haven't had any firmware upgrades for quite a while. Anyone experiencing the same?
Anyone know why?

Pictures 1 & 2 are the same, not sure if you was trying to show something different?
My battery FW was applied a while back, but the behavior seems to have changed, so I am thinking maybe Fox have changed some back-end value perhaps?
Inverter FW was updated 8th January.
It was changed since this date to the latest, but I do not have date.
Here is a picture of my system from 11th January, it is charge rate vs. SoC.
Key points are that it was running at full charge speed until 95% SoC, and then you see the charge rate drops off in stages. So it did not throttle back at 90%
Here is the system behavior from last night, the charge rate begins to drop off at 90% now.
You can see the charge rate before this stepping up as the battery temperature increases (still got cold UK nights)

Maybe Fox implemented better charge time estimations because lithium battery charge times are usually only given to 80%.
After 80% it takes nearly a similar amount of time as 20% to 80% as the charger tapers to squeeze in the last little bit.
