No PV Solar production?

Hi there,

I noticed today that our PV solar panels aren't generating energy (not the best day for it, but no better than yesterday, and we managed to produce something).

Furthermore, the home consumption wasn't being registered after circa 6 am

Curious to know if there is a system issue, the battery appears to be charging. Currently prioritising PV Solar to run the home and charge the batteries during the day.

You do seem like a very low energy user, so that could be confusing the CT clamp?
How does today compare to previous days, does your system graph look more sensible?

There is visible input above the 0kW line still at 6am, where you see it flatline, not a typical looking graph for sure.
And of course something charged the battery, but not showing up on the logs.

It has not, the system app is not reporting PV production or home consumption. This was from a few days ago.

Seems odd that its not reporting elements of the system

There has been many recent Firmwares pushed out to some users, and in the back-end systems changes. No idea if this has affected your system.

Have you rebooted your system since the error started?

No I haven't, is it worth a try?

Weirdly the battery has remained at 99% this evening and we would typically be drawing down from it. Our British Gas Smart meter showing low input from the grid.

Shut-Down Sequence – (Switch OFF)
1. Turn OFF the PV supply at the consumer unit (3).
2. Turn OFF the AC isolator at the consumer unit (3).
3. Switch the AC Isolator at the inverter to OFF (2).
4. Switch the DC Isolators at the Inverter to OFF (2).
5. Battery off

Wait for Inverter screen to go blank.

Then I do all of that in reverse.

Some additional information in this thread here, PV output dropped on the 4th, came back after rebooting.

There are other things we can try and check, sadly we cannot check PV tonight of course!
