Yes! Not immediately obvious - less haste, more speed need on my partMaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:02 pm It does show a time stamp on the bottom of the page @Steve2359
I suspect it shows more like "the lights are on, but no one is home"
So the server is powered up, but the database on the inside is broken.
They will be doing repairs, and our systems will come back at some point.
All good Steve2359
And thanks for posting up the expected repair time, takes some of the guesswork out.

Afternoon All,
Same here, lost connection at 12:34 this afternoon, annoying, but I'm pleased it's not just me who is experiencing problems.
Everything is still working as set via Mode Scheduler, exporting to the grid, all checked via the MyEnergi App, just need to wait for the fix & hopefully back online in the early hours of tomorrow morning - fingers crossed.

Hi Just heard from Fox Support, app fix should be completed at 02:00 am tomorrow morning.

Did they say what the issue was? Seems like a long time for the system to be down.rolotwix12 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:29 pm Hi Just spoken to Fox Support app fix should be completed at 02:00 am tomorrow morning.
Would be nice for Fox to post an update and ETA on here along with the issue (if possible). Downtimes seem to be all over. Mine was 12:51pm.
Matches what @Steve2359 was told a little while ago, cheers for confirmation.rolotwix12 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:29 pm Hi Just spoken to Fox Support app fix should be completed at 02:00 am tomorrow morning.

Thank you for posting in a single thread, best way to keep on track of this.
This is more a community led forum, there are some Fox UK people I think that might lurk here or read comments about feature requests maybe.
They just left me a message to say the fix time. very quick response though they are on 02070523472.
Ah, that may explain that then. 0200 is annoying though must be a big issue if the fix is 12hrs away.

Mine is the same. Offline. It says the system is working normally but battery is in standby. It last updated at 12:34
Another member of the offline battery club here.
App data recording stopped at 12:42.
The system itself appears to be chugging along nicely.

Thanks for not shooting the messenger
Early today, I was thinking it was a Firmware push that was sent out gone wrong, but not likely at all now.
It is either the back-end database or server(s) that has most likely blown up, given the timescale, they are repairing or restoring a database / rebuilding server(s)
Same on the firmware thought. For some reason FW updates take my logger offline and I have to reconnect the WIFI. Strange why my system completely lost its WIFI and when trying to reconnect it couldn't even see it and the system required a full restart.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:43 pm

It's not a you problem, it's a them problem. Don't bother rebooting.James S. wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 2:14 pm Hi,
All my readings in the app disappeared around 1pm this afternoon. Before the crash I could see that my batteries were fully charged (a lovely, sunny day in the South of England). I can see from the Octopus app that I'm exporting around 4.7kW to the grid, so panels/inverter/etc. seem to still be functioning.
I'll have to wait until I get home from work to see what's actually crashed and if a good ole reboot will sort things out from an app/web perspective.
What with this and the App issues, seems like Fox are skipping the software testing stage again...

Ah - so it's a Fox issue! Same here - last data update 12:51. The unit itself looks fine. Time to invest in a modbus connection...
Any suggestions where's a good place to start reading? I found https://github.com/nathanmarlor/foxess_modbus but it doesn't mention EVO 10s, or are they classed as AIO-H1?

12:34 here as well.
Initially i thought i had screwed up my system because around 1215 i installed FoxESS Cloud HAS integration and grabbed the API key from FoxCLoud v1 user profile.
The timing seemed too much of a coincidence and was sure id brought my own system down
I am obviously relieved its not just me.
I have 1 question though. I have a "Charge from grid" running every night, in the quick settings > Grid charge time, but i dont have a schedule set in Mode Scheduler, does anyone fancy a guess as to whether the battery will charge according to the quick settings>?

So, my data connection to the cloud disappeared around lunchtime (in the UK) and has not recovered. LCD front panel and status LEDs confirm that the inverter+battery are still working and still charging (it's a sunny afternoon). I have KH10+EP12, all with latest firmware and no evidence of recent updates. Happy to learn that it's not just me — I must have missed the official notification from FoxESS (web, email, app) that their system was down, ahem.
Will my scheduled forced discharge kick off at 16:00 as normal?

For me the issue started at around 12:40 noon. Still receiving no data. Emailed the service team, awaiting a response.
I looked it up and the answer seems to be that schedules are stored locally so yes.cpwinder wrote: ↑Wed Mar 11, 2026 3:47 pm So, my data connection to the cloud disappeared around lunchtime (in the UK) and has not recovered. I'm glad it's not just me.
Looking at the web interface it's showing my battery as offline and when I click into it, it's showing as Fault. Hopefully it's fixed soon.
