When I called fox support they did call me back when I was having the same issue.

Unfortunately the forum uploader isnt accepting the screenshot. But I've got the inverter, batteries, meter and data logger with SNs. The data logger is online, everything else is offline.
It is either contact Fox, and see what they have to say, but expect delays given I bet their ticket system is likely swamped.
Other choice is to make copies of your serial numbers into a text file, and delete/add your plant.
You could with another email address, create an installer account to gain more access if your installer has gone bust/no communications.
If you go via Fox support, you can try and ask them to upgrade your user account so you have access if your installer has gone bust.

We are back online.
I followed all the advice provided on the forum. I nuked the enduser account, and with Fox's assistance, created a new installer account and rebound the system to it. No luck - still offline.
Fox then requested a site visit, and 48 hours later and a Fox ESS engineer, and 2 others from HQ who had flown in from China were here trying to understand and diagnose the system.
Ultimately, the fault lay in the data logger. Whatever happened in the outage had killed it, and it has now been replaced, and to my great joy, we're back online.
To any others who have this issue, you need to get a hold of Fox.
You may not be able to solve this by yourself if there has been a hardware failure.
