My batteries are stuck on mid 40% charge and won’t charge or discharge. I was producing 5kw extra and rather than charging the batteries it was going straight to the grid. For 3 days they haven’t discharged either. I know the temp can have effect but it’s not that cold it’s 3degrees centigrade.
First question are there any errors at all ?
Second question do you have any schedules or charge periods set - if you have no charge periods in use they should be set to 00:00-00:00 and charge from grid switched off.
Third question, what is your minsoc and minsoc on grid set to ?
I know you said it’s not cold it’s 3C but the batteries will reduce charge current below 15C, and will no longer charge at all at 0C - they will discharge below 0C but again will be severely limited.

Not sure what I can do maybe turn it off and on?

It's because they're cold. When it warms up, you should see them come back to life.
