When I called fox support they did call me back when I was having the same issue.

Unfortunately the forum uploader isnt accepting the screenshot. But I've got the inverter, batteries, meter and data logger with SNs. The data logger is online, everything else is offline.
Yes there still could be issues with the Fox servers, hence you are showing offline compared to most of us working.
It is either contact Fox, and see what they have to say, but expect delays given I bet their ticket system is likely swamped.

Other choice is to make copies of your serial numbers into a text file, and delete/add your plant.

You could with another email address, create an installer account to gain more access if your installer has gone bust/no communications.


If you go via Fox support, you can try and ask them to upgrade your user account so you have access if your installer has gone bust.
